In order to support structured procurement Processes, a Client Wants to introduce a "Portfolio Management System" A Consultant is contracted on account of their years of experience in software selection and implementation support.

In the first phase of the project, the consultant performs an analysis of the requirements for the portfolio management system on the basis of a study of the operational processes in the client’s various departments; records the processes and defines the architectural and functional requirements.

After review and refinement with the Client, the consultant will give comprehensive support with the competitive bidding process from drawing up of the tender documents through to bid evaluation and steps preparatory to decision-making.

After the selection process has been completed, the implementation of the selected system will likewise be supported by our consultants.
