Case Study-1:
Virtual Enterprise Program (VPE)

The Situation

A Company from India bidding to take part in a large project in Saudi Arabia, there was no time to setup a new entity, cost of incorporation in Saudi is high and very cumbersome, as a foreign investor the taxation is also very high in addition to the general difficulty with dealing with local business environment.

The Resolution

Using our VEP services, the Indian company entered its bid as Condor Gulf and won the project and completed the execution over a period of two years saving allot of time, efforts and money leading to a successful outcome for the Company.

Case Study-2:
Revenue Sharing Agreement

The Situation

A Company in the UK developed a good Smartphone App and started marketing in Europe, the market in the Middle East is very much suited for this football smartphone App, however they needed to make it in Arabic and penetrate the market.

The Resolution

Condor Established a revenue sharing agreement with the client, Condor and the UK Company put in a place a process for the timely production of the Arabic version locally and publishing the Arabic and English versions on the local telco server for all the subscribed users to enjoy prior to the next fixture of the English Premier League.

Case Study-3:
Relay Coordination Study

The Situation

A reputed Power Contractor in Bahrain requires Chartered Engineer Certification to meet its contractual obligation for its completed Power Protection and Relay Coordination installation.

The Resolution

The Contractor approached the Institute of Engineers and Technology (IET) in the UK for their help, IET refers the Contractor to Condor who carried out the study on the power equipment configuration at the client and ask the contractor to implement the appropriate changes and issue the certification to the Contractor to close the project successfully.
